Studio Information

Claudia Merle Hochberg, a certified Pilate's Instructor, opened her studio in 1990 with the vision
of creating a private space for individuals seeking body education in an inspiring atmosphere. Clients develope a personal movement vocabulary that can offer a unique process of self discovery.
 
One hour sessions include: breathing/centering exercises, mat work and machine work. Movement technique is performed in a SLOW, conscious manner using muscle control without strain to create a meditative form of exercise. Many clients continue their studies of the the mind/body connection and find the physical and mental changes that emerge and last a lifetime.
